What is your fee?

Do you take a % of my rent?

None. We do not take a % of your rent. Our guests are willing to pay a premium, to rent the space for shorter periods of time. Due to such, we simply collect the residual amounts, over your requested rent.

How do you screen your guests?

Many of our platforms perform background checks, and ID verification. After provided with this information, we then personally accept, or decline stay requests. In addition, we also ask our guests the reason for their stay, taking their story into consideration. It is in our best interest to ensure both a professional, and safe experience for everyone involved, as our company's reputation is at stake.

Do you market on platforms such as Airbnb & VRBO?

We market our locations on numerous travel booking sites - including: Airbnb, Travel Nurse Housing, Corporate Housing, Furnished Finder, and more. We market our units to: Corporate travelers, Traveling Nurses, Business Travelers, & Leisure Tourists - all using our secure screening methods.

How long are your guests staying?

Our working, and traveling guests, may stay anywhere from 5 days, to several months. This really depends on the sesonality, and the occupation of the guests. Many are remote workers, or contractors, that often have a 2-3 month stay

How do you ensure there are no parties? What if a party occurs?
First, and foremost, you can rest assured that we do everything in our power to avoid any sort of parties, or events, at our units. It is in our business's best interest, to keep these rentals in perfect condition. If they are not, we experience downtime, and lose out on revenue. In addition, such would hurt our reputation on platforms, with us losing out on stays. To avoid this, we have noise detectors monitoring each unit. If noise passes a certain level, we will dispatch members to the building and guest(s) to leave. While we certainly don't anticipate such occurring, but if any damage were to ever occur, we would be taking care of immediately. Such almost never happens.
How do you know, who comes, and goes in, & out, of the unit?
Security, is of paramount importance to us. With your permission, we will install a W-Fi enabled security camera on the exterior of the unit, to ensure the guest is not accompanied by any unwanted persons.
